Frequently Asked Questions

What if I accept a new full-time position with a Kelly Financial Resources' client, and my current employer counter offers me to stay.  Am I obligated to take the other job?

Rest assured that you are always the one who decides what's the best for your career and there is no penalty to not taking a new opportunity.  However, we have over 60 years of experience that suggests those who accept the counter offer from their present employer, end up leaving anyway within a year. Going back to your current employer rarely eliminates the reasons why you decided to leave in the first place.  Our career consultants can help you explore what those reasons are and then work at matching you to a job more suited for you.
